I’ve been going to Sam’s FitMum classes since my son was three months old. I absolutely love them and always come out feeling like I’ve worked hard. Sam is so welcoming and all the mums are very friendly. I highly recommend the classes to anyone who is looking to get back into fitness after having a baby. Sam’s postnatal fitness knowledge is second to none and I have learnt so much about what I should and shouldn’t be doing postnatally, which will benefit me in the long run! Having a resident baby sitter means that for that one hour I can focus on my fitness and know that my son is in safe hands. Don’t hesitate, join us, you won’t look back!
