Recently a client has reached a stop in her weight and fat loss.  She was still exercising a lot, doing sessions with me and also in other classes.  When she couldn't see the results she was after, we looked again at her nutrition.  She kept a food diary for a week before coming to see me again and the answer was very clear.  She was simply not eating enough and was hungry even after eating.  There is a big difference between eating for WEIGHT LOSS than eating for FAT LOSS.  She is now back on track and we hope to see the results she wants.  If you are eating to obtain fat loss then you still have to eat!  Clean food but enough to support your training, especially if it's intensive.
