FITNESS SESSIONS

You choose a minimum of 2 or more sessions per week. The most popular sessions book quickly so don't delay!  All sessions are held at various locations in Weymouth, Dorset.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS HELD?

  • Mondays 1915-2000 Boxercise/Weights
  • Tuesdays 0930-1015 HIIT (Dorchester location tbc)
  • Tuesdays 1930-2015 HIIT 
  • Wednesdays 0930-1015 WEIGHTS (with creche)
  • Wednesdays 1930-2015 WEIGHTS
  • Thursday 1830-1915 Boxercise
  • Fridays 0930-1015 HIIT (with creche)
  • Fridays: 1830-1915 HIIT

WHICH SESSIONS SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Each session is different and increase in intensity each week.  Weights offer a great opportunity to reshape and 'tone up' your body.  HIIT will send your fitness levels through the roof!  Boxercise is a combination of boxing fitness training in a circuit format.  Doing a combination of different sessions really challenges the body and will increase your fitness levels.

All sessions are for most abilities.  Variety is key to keep the sessions fresh and challenging for you and also keep you interested!

This is the gold standard of fitness and nutrition programmes. We'll monitor your progress throughout the 12 weeks so ensure you stay on track and keep to your goals. From fat loss to increased strength and better sleep, give us 12 weeks and we promise that you will feel 100% more energised and happy with your health and fitness.
